All digital vouchers (“Digital Vouchers”) sold by Oslo Trading EST are classified as digital goods and are delivered electronically. In accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations, digital products that are delivered instantly and activated upon delivery are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the product is defective or not delivered as described.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming product details before purchase, including but not limited to the store region, currency, product type, and payment method. Once a Digital Voucher has been successfully delivered, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
Refunds will only be applicable if the failure to deliver a valid Digital Voucher is directly caused by Oslo Trading EST, such as non-delivery or delivery of an invalid code. In such cases, refunds—if approved—will be processed only through the original payment method, in compliance with UAE regulations.
Oslo Trading EST aims to deliver all Digital Vouchers within 24 hours of successful payment. If a Digital Voucher is not received within this period, customers must report the issue through our website or in-app chat support within 24 hours. Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered confirmation of successful delivery, and the customer will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Before raising a dispute or chargeback with a bank, card issuer, or payment provider, customers are required to first contact Oslo Trading EST Customer Support to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner, as encouraged under UAE consumer dispute resolution practices.
