This Usage Policy governs the use of the Oslo Trading EST website, mobile application, and related services. By using our platform or purchasing any digital product, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
User accounts must be registered using a full and accurate name. Incomplete or false information may result in request rejection or account suspension.
Each e-voucher or gift card may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
Digital codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
All digital products, including e-vouchers, gift cards, prepaid cards, and CD keys, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Oslo Trading EST shall not be held liable for incorrect purchases resulting from user negligence or the submission of false or inaccurate information. By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
When purchasing direct credit or digital recharge services, users are responsible for reviewing product details and confirming accuracy before completing the purchase.
If the value of redeemed goods exceeds the available balance during redemption, Oslo Trading EST reserves the right to settle the remaining balance directly from the user’s account.
After delivery, Oslo Trading EST is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or damage related to digital products. Invalid vouchers will not be supported if the purchase date exceeds 15 days.
Loyalty points earned through purchases or promotions have a validity period of three (3) months from the date of credit. Points earned through prizes or campaigns are valid for two (2) weeks only. Unused points will expire automatically.
Oslo Trading EST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All unused points may be forfeited without compensation if the program is terminated.
Oslo Trading EST may cancel a user’s loyalty benefits if fraudulent activity, policy violations, false information, or abusive behavior is detected.
Any balance obtained fraudulently may be adjusted or removed without prior notice.
Transactions deemed suspicious, incorrect, or repeatedly rejected will be automatically canceled. Funds will be returned, accounts may be suspended, and relevant information may be reported to authorities for legal action.
Refund processing may take up to three (3) weeks in cases where transactions are not executed.
By registering on the platform, you consent to receive promotional messages, offers, and discounts from Oslo Trading EST.
Winners of promotional campaigns may be required to publicly acknowledge their winnings on social media for transparency purposes.
Oslo Trading EST is not responsible for bank transfer fees if a customer requests a refund between different banks.
Transactions involving transfers from multiple bank accounts may be rejected.
Orders may be rejected or canceled due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, refunds will be issued. Oslo Trading EST may request additional verification, including identification documents, before approving transactions.
By completing a purchase or communicating via email, you agree to receive transactional and service-related emails from Oslo Trading EST.
Promotional gifts or discount codes are valid for three (3) days, unless otherwise specified.
Loyalty points will not be earned on purchases made using discount coupons.
